With an emphasis on prairie-style architecture, Trimbach created this home for a Bozeman family. The build site features public spaces on three sides of the home, therefore human-scale massing was paramount. Broad eaves, long horizontal lines, secondary roof forms, and mulled casement windows were all implemented.

Through careful planning and coordination during the design phase, Trimbach was able to deliver the finished home three-months ahead of schedule and under budget. Site visits were spent sharing progress milestones, not solving problems, as the clients worked diligently with the Trimbach team during design to make every decision. Three-dimensional modeling of every component allowed the design team to solve all conflicts, pre-construction. 

Trimbach’s design scope of work included building design, interior design, landscape design, and engineering coordination. 

Trimbach’s build scope of work included general contracting/project management, weatherization & glazing installation, hardwood flooring installation, all interior trim carpentry, custom cabinetry fabrication & installation, and custom interior door fabrication & installation.
